One of the core benefits of Reiki is that no prior Reiki experience is needed to receive Reiki your first time. Reiki is very easy to receive in a session and very easy to learn to channel in a class.

Additional 1-on-1 sessions, group experiences, and classes strengthen the positive results. The more you use Reiki and invite Reiki, the more benefits can be received and revealed. 

WHERE DOES THE HEALING POWER COME FROM?

Reiki is an enlightened source of infinite energy. The healing/empowerment in a Reiki session is done by Reiki energy, not the practitioner. The practitioner invites Reiki energy. This makes the healing/empowerment much more effective and pure than a session performed by someone who is only using their personal, limited energy. The less the practitioner is involved, the better. That is why the distant and online sessions work so well. It helps the practitioner stay out of the way as much as possible, so the recipient receives the best possible results directly from Reiki energy. The only requirement on behalf of the recipient is the willingness to receive positive results.

HOW DOES DISTANT REIKI WORK? ISN'T REIKI HEALING WITH HANDS?

As Reiki is universal life force energy, it is infinite, limitless, and unbounded by time and space. An apt analogy of how Distant Reiki works is the way that wireless internet works. Increasingly technology shows us how we can plug into limitless information without a physical plug! Wireless internet operates through electromagnetic fields. Reiki energy works through the very same electromagnetic fields contained within the Earth, technology, and the human heart. 

Technically speaking, distant Reiki works well through external technology, such as the phone, tablet, or computer, to meet in scheduled sessions or classes. Reiki also works via the intention to send Reiki at a distance to a recipient. This works best when the recipient has given his/her/their permission. 

In Reiki 1 & 2 training, students receive the Usui Distant Symbol HSZSN which allows Reiki to be sent at a distance. In Reiki Master training, students receive the Holy Fire Master Symbol, which amplifies this ability.

In March 2020 around the time the Covid pandemic and lockdowns began, my teachers William Lee Rand and Colleen Benelli received an upgraded Reiki energy meant to work even more synergistically with technology. This upgraded online Reiki energy allowed high-quality Distant Reiki Sessions and Reiki Classes to be held no matter how dire world events became. The results from both Online Distant Reiki Sessions and Classes have been dramatically positive. The Reiki community has been blessed with even more powerful healing results and expanded states of consciousness.

The best way to understand is to give it a try for yourself.

WHY SHOULD I RECEIVE A REIKI SESSION OR TAKE A REIKI CLASS?

I say if you are alive on Earth, then Reiki will benefit you. It even benefits the deceased! But I digress… Or do I? Haha.

Reiki keeps it LIGHT even during times of darkness and uncertainty.

Reiki is right for you if you want to feel better, more relaxed, less stressed out, and more “on purpose” in your life. Reiki is appropriate for anyone who wants to grow spiritually and better understand and live their life purpose in full. Reiki is appropriate for anyone regardless of their background and health condition. Reiki produces benefits that are specific to the highest priority needs of the individual receiving a Reiki session or taking a Reiki class, as determined by the recipient’s soul. Reiki provides physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual guidance, assistance, healing, and empowerment. Reiki heals anything that is blocking the highest potential of your soul, and reveals your Authentic Self, skills, gifts, talents, and deepest soul desires.

One of my favorite Reiki blessings is how it helps to make the unconscious conscious, and always leads me to my next right step along my self-awareness journey and spiritual path.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I RECEIVE REIKI SESSIONS?

This is a common question I receive, often even before a person has ever received a Reiki session. The answer depends on the person, and I tend to suggest to do what feels right for you. 

I have observed for myself and for others that weekly Reiki sessions are capable of catalyzing tremendous life improvements and positive transformation. It has been astounding to witness in my own life and the lives of others who receive a full session once a week or more. The healing and empowerment that occur in the session is fully integrated into the life, immediately. The ongoing weekly (or more often) sessions allow recipients to be fully supported, energized, inspired, encouraged, relaxed, and nurtured, as they make healthy changes and adjustments in their lives. These life improvements empower them to become who they truly are, their Authentic Self, with a strengthening sense of Inner Authority that guides them to live the highest expression of their life purpose.

It can be common for practitioners who have taken Reiki classes to not receive regular full sessions from others. This was the case for me for some time. However, when I started receiving more and more regular full sessions and group sessions, dramatic positive life transformation and improvements began to unfold. Even very deep patterns healed in full, with great ease, and were replaced by empowered solutions and healthier, happier ways of being. I encourage you to follow your guidance, and give regular sessions a try if you are looking to support your own personal and spiritual healing, growth, development, and prosperity.

My Reiki sessions for individuals and groups are very affordable to make regular sessions more accessible to others who sincerely desire healing and empowerment. The only requirements are to be open to receive and open to results.

IS REIKI A RELIGION? CAN I RECEIVE REIKI IF I AM A MEMBER OF A SPECIFIC RELIGION?

Reiki is not a religion. There is no Reiki guru. There is no Reiki dogma or set beliefs you must have or not have to receive Reiki. Reiki is supportive of all religions and spiritual paths, including the choice to not relate to religion or spirituality.

Reiki is all about World Peace for everyone, including all faiths and backgrounds, religious or otherwise.

Some Reiki practitioners relate to Reiki in a purely non-spiritual way, viewing Reiki as biofield energy that produces scientifically verifiable healing results through the recipient’s biofield.

There is also an opportunity for Reiki to become a person’s spiritual path, but that is 100% up to each individual.

Take what you need from Reiki and discard the rest.

One thing I love about Reiki is that it has helped to heal my religious trauma. Reiki has allowed me to feel peace about my religious experiences in the past as well as to feel love and affection for members of religious and spiritual traditions that are not my own.

Moreover, Reiki has helped me clarify, uncover, and refine what my authentic beliefs and perceptions are about the nature of reality. This has been a most joyous and thrilling ride, that only gets more fun with time!

The Flower of Healing™ is a unique form of Reiki I began to channel in 2020. It is a specific Reiki energy with tools and techniques I am developing to make it fully accessible, teachable, and shareable with others.

One result that is consistent in Flower of Healing™ Reiki sessions is the experience of Samadhi. This is an ancient yogic term used in various Eastern traditions to describe a state of pure consciousness. It means "putting together," which can be understood as integration, absorption, and single pointed focus. Some yogis speak of it as the original perfection and the original balance. Samadhi is sometimes translated to bliss, liberation, enlightenment, oneness, and the cessation of karma. It is the experience of no separation between self and the Source of all that is.

Paramahansa Yogananda defines Samadhi, "A soundless state of breathlessness. A blissful super consciousness state in which a yogi perceives the identity of the individualized Soul and Cosmic Spirit."

HOW IS FLOWER OF HEALING™ REIKI GIVEN?

The Flower of Healing™ Distant Reiki Sessions (both 1-on-1 and group) are appropriate for anyone looking to improve their health, wealth, well-being, adaptability, and personal/spiritual growth. No prior Reiki experience is needed; all are welcome.

Flower of Healing™ group events are done live, and involve a new Flower of Healing™ technique each time. They are sent as recordings in case you cannot make it live. They are also available as recordings by donation in the Shop tab.

Flower of Healing™ 1-on-1 sessions are individualized to your specific needs, desires, and intentions. There is an option to receive a Flower of Healing™ Reiki Journey, in which I am able to journey to receive specific guidance for you and answer any questions you may have from a higher perspective. All sessions are recorded, so you can repeat the session multiple times.

I WANT TO BE ABLE TO USE THIS ENERGY TOO. WILL THERE BE A FLOWER OF HEALING™ REIKI TRAINING?

The Flower of Healing™ Reiki Training is currently in development, and will be offered to Reiki practitioners who have already taken Reiki Master.

Flower of Healing™ is a Master level energy analogous to how Karuna Reiki​® is taught to those who have taken Reiki Master at least 6 months prior.

The Flower of Healing™ builds upon the Lineage of Usui Reiki Master, Holy Fire Reiki Master, and World Peace Reiki Master energies and systems. 

The Flower of Healing™ training will be geared towards those with a sincere desire to improve their physical health, well-being, vitality, longevity, and embodiment of Pure Human Nature. The training is ideal for Reiki practitioners who are genuinely interested in increasing the quantity and quality of Reiki energy they are able to channel at all times. 

The Flower of Healing™ energy, tools, and techniques are designed to be used in self-Reiki, distant sessions with others, and everyday life. The training will empower you to teach Flower of Healing™ Reiki to other Reiki Masters.
