Performing yoga nidra involves practicing pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses), which is the fifth limb of yoga, as well as pranayama (breathing techniques) and dharana (concentration), which are the fourth and sixth limbs of yoga. In this technique, all the instructions are very simple, gentle, and easy to follow.
