Relax, Release, and Reveal Your Authentic Self

Reiki is a Japanese Technique for Relaxation and Stress Reduction that Promotes Healing.
Beneficial effects include:
deep states of relaxation and peace
falling into a blissful sleep
relief of physical symptoms and pain
new awareness and perspective on issues
relief from mental fog and confusion
guidance and clarity
relief from blocks, stagnation, and stuckness
creative inspiration and ideas
feeling hopeful about the future
greater feelings of trust and safety
feeling lighter, as if a burden was released
visions and other mystical experiences in spiritual realms and/or with spiritual beings, power animals, loved ones who have crossed over
intuition downloads and heightened perceptions
physical sensations such as tingling, vibrating, pressure, warmth, coldness, and movements that restore the flow of energy through the body and biofield
emotional releases may occur
feelings of rejuvenation, as if a rebirth occurred and a fresh start is possible

Clients have a wide variety of experiences, and always receive what they need most in the present moment. Reiki works directly with you, where you are at, what you need, and what will be the most beneficial to you right now.

Sessions occur in three parts.
​
Part One includes greeting and intention setting for what you wish to release/heal and reveal/empower. Let me know any questions you want me to ask for you.
Part Two begins with an invocation. This part may be done in silence or channeled aloud. If you have a preference, please say so. You will receive an advanced Reiki technique to best serve your needs, such as a Reiki Journey (shamanic journey using Reiki energy), Empowered by the River of Peace Experience (peacefulness + life purpose reveal), the Holy Fire® Reiki Experience (to remove blocks and empower goals), Spirit Release (to release unwanted energies and restore health and wholeness), and/or Karuna Reiki® (sound healing).
In Part Three, there will be the opportunity to have a conversation about your experience.

Sessions occur online via Zoom Meeting.

Flower of Healingâ„¢ Energy is a Reiki energy that is a gift from the Earth. The energy is like the life force energy needed for a seed to sprout. It is a very powerful physical energy that facilitates a strong, yet gentle activation of the life force energy. The resonance is one of Unconditional Love and Compassion, and the heart chakra activation is strong.

Flower of Healingâ„¢ Reiki is wonderful for those who want to improve their physical health, empower excellent self-care habits, achieve their Health and Wealth intentions, and uplift all aspects of their Well-Being. Flower of Healingâ„¢ Reiki provides a boost to energy, vitality, radiance, beauty, youthfulness, longevity, and gives a healthy glow.

REMOTE DISTANT REIKI SESSION

Receive Reiki In Your Perfect Moment
This option is excellent for the person who is just too busy!
You pick your time to receive Reiki. It can be whenever you have an hour to simply lay down, relax, and be. If that is just before bed and you fall asleep, then so be it. You will still receive the benefits 100%!
Plenty of people (myself included) fall asleep when receiving Reiki. When this occurs, it is still working, and the benefits will integrate into your daily life. Be open to notice them. Nighttime remote Reiki sessions are fabulous for waking up feeling like a brand new, energized, rejuvenated person!
